- You must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- CDA or 90 classroom hours in Early Childhood Education
- Associates of Arts Degree: Early Childhood Development
- Maryland Credential level 4 and higher
- Must demonstrate a strong knowledge of appropriate practices in early childhood development.
- Must demonstrate experience and interest in working with young children, parents, co-workers and volunteers
- Must have effective communication skills ( written and orally)
- Must be able to work flexible hours in order to meet the need of TCD
- Must be loving, caring, nurturing, patience and God Fearing
